Müssen Fahrer eine App installieren?

Nein. Fahrer werden per SMS oder WhatsApp mit einer Buchungsreferenz und einer PIN benachrichtigt. Das Gate-Personal führt den geführten Workflow auf dem Terminal-Tablet oder dem Mobilgerät aus.

Wie verhindert es Streitfälle am Gate?
