Digitalizing European rail freight.

Rail-Flow develops and operates the digital platform for rail freight and intermodal transport: a connected suite of transport management, marketplace, and CRM used by 350+ operators, forwarders, and shippers across Europe.

We started from a simple conviction: rail freight is too important to run on spreadsheets and email chains. The industry moves millions of tons of goods across borders every year, yet the tools supporting it had barely changed in decades. Rail-Flow has a mission to change that.

Every feature we develop helps digitalize and connect the industry, reduce CO₂ emissions, and accelerate the shift of freight from road to rail in Europe and beyond.

Dominik Fürste

Co-CEO & Co-Founder

Dominik co-founded Rail-Flow in 2020 with Osman Akdemir. He brings 20+ years in rail freight, most recently as CIO at TX Logistik, with earlier senior roles at DB Cargo and Deutsche Bahn.

Osman Akdemir

Co-CEO & Co-Founder

Osman co-founded Rail-Flow alongside Dominik Fürste and previously founded Simply Deliver, which joined the Rail-Flow Group in 2025. With over 20 years of experience across transport, IT, and intermodal logistics, he brings deep operational and strategic expertise to the group.

CPO

Alex joined Rail-Flow as CPO in 2022 after 14 years at DB Cargo, most recently as Head of Digital Transformation. He leads product across the Order-to-Cash and Marketplace suites.

Marcel Hoeke

CFO

Marcel leads finance, controlling, HR and admin at Rail-Flow. He previously held CFO and Co-CEO positions across various startups and worked in venture management, banking and mobility.

Pablo Girardi

CTO

Pablo leads Engineering, Infrastructure, and Security at Rail-Flow. He owns ISO certification and platform reliability across the entire Rail-Flow Group. He also holds functional and disciplinary responsibility for all developers across the group, including the team in Turkey.
